We recommend booking your villa and flights first. After that, it is a good idea to reserve experiences, restaurant visits, airport transfers, and a rental car if you plan to use one. This is especially important during the high season, when activities and services in Levi can get fully booked early.

Lapland is beautiful all year round, and each season offers a different kind of experience. The best time to visit depends on what you want to see and do during your stay.
Winter wonderland: December to April
If you are dreaming of snow, Northern Lights, skiing, and Arctic adventures, winter is the most classic time to visit. During these months, you can enjoy snowy landscapes, husky and reindeer safaris, snowmobiling, skiing, and cosy evenings by the fire.
Midnight Sun and summer nature: June to August
Summer is perfect for those who enjoy green nature, fresh air, quiet trails, and endless daylight. During the Midnight Sun season, the sun barely sets, giving you long days for hiking, outdoor dining, and exploring Lapland’s peaceful wilderness.
Autumn colours and Northern Lights: September to October
Autumn brings crisp air, golden landscapes, and a calmer atmosphere. September and October are also great months for seeing the Northern Lights, especially around the autumn equinox. This is a lovely season for guests looking for nature, peace, and beautiful scenery.
Early winter magic: November
November is the beginning of winter. Snow starts to settle, the landscape changes, and the first winter activities begin. It is a quiet and atmospheric time to experience Lapland before the busiest travel season starts. -

Yes, there is a good chance of seeing the Northern Lights from the Seven Peaks area when the sky is clear and aurora activity is present.
Auroras can appear in different directions, not only in the north. The open surroundings and low light pollution around the villa area make it a good place to watch the sky. We recommend using an aurora app, such as Aurora Alert or a similar service, so you know when it is time to step outside and look up.
